KUBE SIX operate a 30 Day Risk Free Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your KUBE SIX Web Hosting package, KUBE SIX VPS solution or KUBE SIX Dedicated Server, you have the right to a full refund (excluding any Set Up Fees, Domain Name Registration Fees and / or Overages).

To claim your refund, please raise a ticket at our support site here http://support.kubeix.com within the first 30 days of your contract.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your ticket. We issue refunds by direct bank transfer and PayPal.

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, or have any other refund related enquiry, please contact our Billing Team. You can call on 0845 564 9199 between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday or you can submit a ticket at all times at our support site here http://support.kubeix.com.

Please note:

1. Set Up Fees can only be refunded in the following circumstances:

For Dedicated Servers prior to the server being built

For Web Hosting packages prior to activation of the account, or if the Domain Name requested could not be registered.

2. PayPal refunds will be issued minus any applicable PayPal charges. These charges are calculated as a percentage of total payment and will be no more than 3.4%.

Exclusions:

Successfully registered Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as a cost is incurred on all registrations, and registrars offer no returns policy of their own. However, you will continue to own the Domain Name even if you wish to cancel other KUBE SIX services.

SEO Tools, Search Engine Submission, Print and Web Design services are excluded from our refund policy.

Auto Renewal of KUBE SIX services is also excluded from this policy. Please refer to the KUBE SIX Auto Renewal Policy for further details.

Under no circumstances will KUBE SIX allow a transfer of funds between accounts.

Refunds will not be given if any other KUBE SIX Terms and Conditions or policies have been contravened.
